**1. Campaign Management (40%)**:

- Execute and optimize in-app marketing campaigns, including promotion/media
- Manage the budget of promo costs that best suit business objectives
- Own the relationship with the Account Manager & coordinate with key stakeholders within marketing (branding, social, design ) as well as Ops & FA, BI team to ensure execution and secure the support needed.

**2. Communication Creation (40%)**:

- Develop marketing plans for key merchants post-onboarding, emphasizing a 360-degree launching campaign with umbrella concept, promotion, and branding & communications activities (Must have)
- Work with graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals and copy that entice users.
- Manage and optimize various media channels (both in-app & out-app), including content planning, traffic allocation management, and content creation, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and food and beverage themes.
- Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize POSM, media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness

**3. Data Analysis (20%)**:

- Track and monitor product/promotion/media/campaign performance metrics and explore valuable insights through comprehensive data analysis.
- Perform data monitoring and analysis daily / weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights
- Research, collect and improve customer journey (online UI/UX, overall new feature development, online & offline stores)
- Gather and analyze user feedback to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Implement A/B testing to refine in-app elements and optimize the user journey

- Bachelor's Degree and above, from 2 years of experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Tech, or FnB companies;
- Possess good communication skills & positive working mindset
- Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
