**Key Account Manager**
This position reports into Head of Modern Trade and is based at Ho Chi Minh city.

**What You Will Do**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1** **Customer Management***
- Responsible for building and maintaining good relationship with modern trade customers.
- Understand well customer insight, needs, strategies and direction to grow long term business and contract/ trading term negotiation
- Work with assigned customers on (sales volume, promotion, category management)
**2** **Account planning***
- Responsible for strategy and execution of customer assigned to deliver business objective and channel strategies.
- Responsible for long-term and short-term customer strategic activities and objective: yearly/quarterly/monthly sales target, sale fundamental, trade programs (trade promotion, consumer promotion, support activities, etc.)
- Accountable for sales fundamentals, sales target and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in assigned channel
**3** **Budget management***
- Manage budget and spending of assigned customer to make sure deliver business objective effectively
**4** **Others***
- Well understand shopper and their insight turning into business action for channel strategies delivery.
- Accountable for daily/ weekly/ monthly sending reports accurately and timely
- Responsible for checking competitors, market information, trade promotion, activities & others reimbursements
- Others assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
**What We Are Looking For**
**Required**:
- Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
- Good analytical skills, supervisory, leadership and good team player
- Entrepreneurship (take the business as their own)
- Strong knowledge in Sales Performance Management system on In-Store Missions, Customer Management, Category Management skill
- Good command of English
