Job Description:

- Work with BDM to achieve individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Maintain close relationship with existing clients
- Maintain full, accurate and up-to-date information relating to the latest status of all sales prospects in CRM including, the sales stage, copies of any visit reports, proposal, contract, etc.
- Deal with customer objections by investigating issues and come up with solutions
- Follow up with clients & trainers from pre-course activities, during the training and to the post-course following up
- Develop strong relationships with trainers and other departments in the company
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports sent to BDM/BOD
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development
- Co-ordinating sales effort with marketing programmes
- Other tasks within scope of professional ability as per request from BDM/BOD

- Previous experience in selling training programs would be an advantage
- Experience in telesales, B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Logical thinking and effective customer objection-handling skills
- Proactive mindset, willing to learn & change
- Able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
