Vietnam Food (VNF) is the pioneer and the leader in upcycling shrimp by-products into bioactive ingredients used for human, animals, plants, and different industries. With that, VNF is not only contributing to the sustainable development of the shrimp industry in Vietnam, but also supporting a healthier lives and greener future.
Vietnam Food (VNF) is looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE/ASSOCIATE to develop PET PRODUCTS & APPLICATIONS.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sales Expansion (Major focus): Develop and coordinate new businesses (including sourcing, building, and retaining customer relationship)
- Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities
- Business Development: Product positioning, proposals and presentations
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies, activities, and documents
- Other ad-hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, etc.)

III. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
A. EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities with majors in Business, Food/Animal Science, Biotechnology
- AT LEAST 3 YEARS of relevant experience. Preferably with strong Strategy/ Project Coordination/ Business Development/ Sales background
- IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must)
B. SKILL SET & ATTITUDE:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Ability to teamwork with high responsibility and adaptability
- Active listening, self-containing, self-learning and proactive
