- Receive and manage customer complaints and issues and provide information to the appropriate departments to handle those complaints.
- Receive and handle customer requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by the Company
- Monitor and continuously update the Company's policies on products/services
- Promote promotional programs, attractive preferential service packages of businesses to customers.
- Connect relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer requests are fulfilled and responded to quickly, completely and accurately, bringing satisfaction to customers.

- Probational salary 11,000,000 / 1 Month (hard salary)
- Salary Sign official contract 14-15,000,000 / 1 month (hard salary and can increase if you do well)

➖ Nature of work:
Working night shift according to US company hours as follows:
Working time: 21:00 pm to 6:00 am (with 2 hours to rest between hours)
Working from Monday to Friday
