- Interact with Vietnam Dev and QA members
- Interact with US members
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction
- Working overnight shifts

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bachelor’s Level in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Language, Business Administration, Hotel or related field
- Comfortable English usage for day to day work in Customer service requests
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft and configuring Windows software
- Attention to detail and prioritization, be customer oriented
- Experience in handling customer service requests, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
- IT experience with MAC, Database/SQL, network and/or dental environment are a plus
- An ability/ willingness to work overnight shifts
