Bán Hàng (Sale):

- Thực hiện bán hàng qua điện thoại hoặc (và) xúc tiến gặp mặt trực tiếp để giới thiệu và tư vấn sản phẩm và dịch vụ của công ty đến khách hàng tiềm năng.

Making tele-sales and (or) setting up face-to-face meetings in order to present and consult our products and services to potential customers.
- Phân tích các yêu cầu của khách hàng để tối đa lợi ích cho khách hàng và thuyết phục khách hàng sử dụng sản phẩm và dịch vụ của công ty.

Analyzing all requirements of customers in boosting benefits and advantages for customers. Persuading customers to subscribe the products and services.
- Đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số do ban giám đốc đề ra theo từng giai đoạn.

Achieving sales targets in periods by B.O.D’s request.

Chăm sóc khách hàng (Customer Service)
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng về các chức năng, tính năng của sản phẩm và dịch vụ trong quá trình sử dụng.

Supporting customers about functionality, features of the products and services in use.
- Xây dựng, phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hiện tại cũng như sẵn sàng giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng để đảm bảo sự hài lòng tốt nhất.

Building up, developing and maintaining customer relationship as well as answering all customers’ inquiries in line for the best satisfaction.
- Tham gia vào các hoạt động cải tiến, nghiên cứu ,phát triển sản phẩm và dịch vụ.

Participating to all related business activities such as improvement, research and development the products and services.
- Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác trong việc chăm sóc và hỗ trợ khách hàng để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và dịch vụ tốt nhất.

Co-operating other departments in supporting customers to ensure the best quality of products and services.
- Phụ trách chính hỗ trợ khách hàng hiện tại trong thời gian thử việc, thời gian phụ trách sẽ tùy vào năng lực.

Being mainly responsible for supporting customers during probationary period, the period is depend on performances and skills.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học, chuyên ngành quản trị kinh doanh, thương mại hoặc các ngành có liên quan khác là một lợi thế.

Degree in Business Administration, Commercial and relevant majors
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên về sales hoặc lĩnh vực phần mềm.

Have 1-3 years experience or more in Sales and Business or have experience in software
- Có khả năng tư vấn, học hỏi nhanh, thích nghi nhanh, xử lý vấn đề tốt, chịu áp lực cao

Ability to provide consultations, learn rapidly, adapt to changes quickly, adeptly handle problems, and thrive under high-pressure situations
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm

Good communication and teamwork skills
- Tiếng Anh tốt

Intermediate level of English
