PURPOSE/ OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION:

- To assist the immediate superior to implement HR & admin tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part 1 - HR Generalist
- Recruitment: fill up vacancies up to assistant manager level, source and first screen CVs of higher levels
- C&B: monitor time attendance, OT & AL, process, make payment requests for SHUI & PIT, report to social insurance and labor dept on changes of employees properly.
- HR administrations: prepare offer letters, labor contracts, update employee data, collect employee profiles, record and keep track of missing clock, prepare resignation acceptance/decision, handle off-boarding procedures and exit interview, maintain proper filing of all HR records
- Set up for new hires, follow up probation, monitor staff discipline, propose solutions and settle HR issues

Part 2 - Administration
- In charge of office facilities, equipment, stationeries, consumables, refreshments; equipment maintenance; oversee office cleaning and security
- Manage and source vendors to ensure best quality of goods and services and best sales conditions obtained
- Propose solutions for cost savings while still maintain same standard level to upkeep conditions of all office areas
- Keep and control the use of company stamp
- Arrange taxi cards, bike parking, assist staff in IT issues (computer hard and software, network, system, ), notarization of all company docs, make notice and announcement relating to company operations, handle postage and courier services
- Arrange invitation letters, visas, temp resident cards; in charge of bookings of hotel and air flight tickets, car rental,for all staff and guests
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, work with local authorities on notices and alerts from Environment Inspection, Fire Protection Inspection
- Manage and arrange meeting rooms booking for staff and distributors, check facilities of meeting room before and after use
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, staff meetings

Part 3 - Supporting role
- Be part of the team in contributing and promoting high teamwork within the department
- Help in fostering harmonious, healthy and good distributor-staff relationship through friendly and timely service
- Liaise with other departments to resolve problems related to inter-departmental communication and make suggestions on improvements to superior
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

- University or college graduate in a related discipline

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in related fields

- Possess good working knowledge of computer (MS Office) and internet
- Able to handle multi-tasking and cope with deadlines
- Able to communicate in basic English
- Organized, detail-oriented and good problem solving skills
- Strong work ethics, good communication, pro-active
