Business Development Executive - CB3 - NM Job Description
- Build and strengthen business relationship and cooperation with automobile OEMs.
- Develop and gain market share in refinish premium segment and providing OEM body shops with Axalta premium products and solutions.
- Develop distribution channel for premium products in the responsible area.
- Performance of the jobholder is measured by the annual sales budget in volume, revenue, EBIT of the responsible area of North Vietnam.
- Liaise with the Distributors to establish and execute the annual budget.
- Implement and monitor the incentive program for distributors.
- Other tasks and projects according to annual goals if Vietnam team.
