(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Generating New Leads to Co-IDB target clients.
- Approach new potential clients and explore new business potential (B2B) (Workplace Design & Build Project). - Identify, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to determine target markets and contacts to pursue to achieve revenue goals.
- Actively work with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
- Develop sustainable and long-term business relationships with key clients.
- Actively participate in client identification, qualifications, and pursuit processes.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and contact information within and outside of the company.
- Review contact terms & conditions.
- Support project teams in coordinating meetings, client responses, and other administrative tasks.
- Work with the appointed Project Director to ensure the database is kept up-to-date with information about project opportunities.
- Act as a conduit to communicate project needs to the graphic design team.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to help achieve business goals.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Base salary (Level Junior/Executive from 10.000.000 VND to 14.000.000 VND. Level Manager: Negotiation)
- Project Commission (for each Project achieved)
- Quarterly Bonus KPI (will be clarified in Interview Round)

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 3+ years of working experience as a Business Development Executive in Interior Design domain.
- Experience working in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Real-estate.
- Ability to effectively deal with individuals at all levels of an organization and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and direct communication skills with customers
- Ability to create, control, manage and measure marketing campaigns.
- Growth network of corporate and industry-relevant contacts and prospective clients.
- Successfully able to analyze business problems, develop appropriate account strategies, and implement effective sales tactics.
