**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This position is to develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall vision; to lead, direct, and control business development activities to meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives.

Responsible for 3PL business development/sales (Warehousing & Value Add services, Transportation, Freight, Cross-border, CTL and other 3PL Services) with new customers and service expansion with existing Key Accounts.

To manage and develop a team of sales executives and Key Account Management personnel

Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, partners and industry leaders to promote the organization’s products and services as well as build and manage sales pipelines.

To lead sales activities to achieve sales targets

To act as the country sales representative to Corporate BD (Business Units), engage Business Unit heads and work with BUs to develop regional customers in Vietnam including assisting BUs in lead development and developing solutions to RFQs

Lead RFQ Responses and Pricing - Working with country operations, solutions, and finance team to prepare costing, pricing, and preparing RFQ responses within the required timeline.

Fully involved in new customer development projects/RFQ and follow-up to ensure successful sales closure.

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and following up of the timely renewal of contractual agreement.

To maintain good and professional contacts with existing Key Accounts and potential customers.

Lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests.

To carry out analysis of current level of service to Key Account and recommend improvements/solutions to enhance Customers’ experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Good leadership, inter-personal and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Customer service, problem solving and account management skills

Strong Analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel and MS Office

Strong networking skills
