**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. Actively develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum potential sales is realized.
2. Actively increase sales volume from new projects of current key customers
3. Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Production, TC/Packaging, etc.) to meet customer’s requirement for new projects
4. Coordinate with other departments for customer visit/meeting/audit
5. Handle, control orders from customers, check price and input data on system
6. Carry out or commission research in the company’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities
7. Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities
8. Actively conduct meetings with existing and potential customers in order to develop current customer relationships and to create new/potential customer relationships
9. Formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives.
10. Acquire new customers and generate leads for new accounts or projects to achieve business and financial targets and grow the business
11. People Development:
- Ensure that his/her direct report (s) has the necessary competencies and resources to deliver against the annual targets and long-term plans
- Propose appropriate trainings to ensure adequate competency in required areas.
Job Requirement
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field of Business Management, Business Administration or Engineering
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 8 years minimum work experience in Sales KeyAccount management or Business Development in the Packaging industry.
**OTHER SKILLS / JOB CHARACTERISTICS REQUIREMENTS**
- Expert knowledge in compiling numbers and creating Excel spreadsheets including business plans
- Excellent verbal and written English language skill
- Excellent English presentation skill
- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship skills to work well with customers and employees from different departments/levels in the organization
- Strong negotiation, communication and conflict management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
