Administration Executive

**I. SUMMARY**:
The Administration Executive is responsible for managing office administration, addressing expatriate-related issues, and handling various other administrative tasks to ensure smooth organizational operations.
**II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage information and coordinating meetings and arrangements as per the CEO's requests.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring their workflow remains efficient and organized.
- Undertake various tasks as assigned directly by the CEO, contributing to the overall effectiveness of executive operations.
- Contribute to the administration process to ensure the seamless functioning of the office: expat services such as work permits, temporary residence cards, and visas, booking air travel and hotel accommodations.
- Oversee aspects of employee welfare, including birthday e-vouchers, premium health insurance, and annual health check-ups. Furthermore, you will handle administrative tasks related to banking services, name cards, stamps, and office monthly payments....
- Other tasks are assigned by the Company.
**III. JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree requires
- 3+ years experience at Assistant, Admin position
- Positive attitude, high commitment and friendly personality
- Strong aggression, negotiation and problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
- Excellent English, both verbally & written
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Actively contribute to the streamlining of office operations
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in administrative processes
