Bancassurance is an emerging distribution channel in Vietnam with a great potential for growth. Prudential is keen on developing this channel to become a substantial part of our business This position yields to high performance on APE growth, active ratio and turnover by recruiting, training and managing Banca Staff under assigned Bank Partner

Accountability:
Meet all the KPI’s set for the roles of a relationship manager. Relationships and communication: Build & maintain strong relationships both within and outside the department; seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others: Given the nature of this job, the incumbent will play as the representative of company in front of the agency force, she/he therefore must:

- Be respectful & trustworthy
- Be always caring and sympathetic
- Be able to handle agent’ queries effectively

Demonstrate a courtesy and professional appearance and manner

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning: Collaborate with RM/TL/EFSC/SFSC/FSC in planning sales & training activities including OB, BOP, GP, Meeting, Eventin the assigned Bank Partners on monthly basis.
- Execution: Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve projected sales targets including APE, Recruitment & Active ratio.
- Supervision & Management: Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners and sales team in terms of APE, recruitment, active ratio & compliance,
- Training & Development: Train & develop the agency force including: RM/TL and sales team in accordance with the career path in the assigned Bank Partners.
- Internal & external relationships: Maintain solid & effective collaboration STD/DOS/OP/NBUW/COMPLIANCE and Bank Partners.
- Others: assigned by Head of Bancassurance from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Qualification:

- Mandatory: _Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance

Experiences:

- Mandatory: _At least 2 year experience working as sales supervisor preferably in insurance, FCMG or foreign-invested financial companies

- Advantage:_ Additional management training experience

- Competent in interpersonal / communication / negotiation/ motivation skills
- Competent in analytical and problem solving skill
- Competent in planning, organizing skills
- Good at Insurance industry knowledge
- Good at Sales Management & marketing principles
