Associate Patient Value Access Manager

**Job** **Summary**:
The job requires the person to have primary responsibilities to ensure access to post-authorized products in the market and achieve the financial objectives through high performance of independent, faultless execution. This involves effective accounts or territory management such as new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product portfolio.
- Ensure Takeda product availability in the market through product enlistment with distributors and excellent key account/territory management for channel expansion
- Execute the industry-leading Innovative patient access strategy of Takeda products through the scientific information dissemination of the products’ attributes and by showcasing their role in addressing the disease burden in the country
- Develop an action plan to leverage the organization’s capabilities to grow market share and revenue.
**Key** **Responsibilities** **&** **Accountabilities**:
**Functional** _(primary job_ _responsibilities)_
- Takes responsibility for developing key products in key accounts as an assignment.
- Takes responsibility for implementing access to medicine initiatives (ie. MAS/PAP) in the key accounts
- Assist PVA Lead in supporting Distributors in fields to ensure the product availability in the market.
- Assist/participate in PVA Lead by providing Health Care Professionals (HCPs) information and executing marketing plans to achieve Financial objectives.
- To launch, implement, and access promotional and marketing programs to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Ensure high levels of HCPs satisfaction through the effective management of territories and scientific strategic contact with HCPs, and management boards of target hospitals/ tender management.
- Actively assist PVA Lead in promoting activities: symposiums, seminars, exhibitions
- Actively acquire market information concerning competitors, and market situation and utilize, and provide this information to marketing for improving marketing efforts.
- Support PVA Lead to collect data from HCPs for market survey/ research
- Monitor results against forecasts and accountability for the market potential of the territory.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure the market.
- Provide feedback for the development of marketing policy, recommend product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes, or recommend financially sound proposals /tenders & reach a win-win agreement.
- Support PVA Lead to develop & implement new product launches.
- Comply with Company policies, internal controls, and business practices.
**Managerial** _(team/group _responsibilities)_
- Support the marketing team in marketing activities at the assigned key accounts
- Conduct CMEs, round table meetings, and other activities to engage the stakeholders constantly.
**Organization** _(organizational _responsibilities)_
- Obtain the latest market information from time to time and add value to marketing plans to gain a competitive advantage
**Qualification **/ Attributes**:
- A degree in sciences is required preferably a strong scientific background
- 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in product listing in restructured hospitals is preferred
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Highly dependable and able to work independently
- Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in a pressure environment and work towards delivering results
- Strong negotiation and business partnering skills with the ability to manage and negotiate with key decision-makers in the hospitals
- Strong in planning and execution of sales and marketing plans in the assigned key accounts and its other outlets
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective customer relationship
- Strong teamwork and influential skills
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
