Bancassurance is an emerging distribution channel in Vietnam with a great potential for growth. This role is to yield to high performance on APE growth, active ratio and turnover by recruiting, training and managing agency force efficiently.
- Kênh Hợp tác Ngân hàng là một kênh phân phối đang nổi lên ở Việt Nam với tiềm năng tăng trưởng cao. Mục đích của vị trí này nhằm mang lại hiệu suất cao cho sự phát triển của phí bảo hiểm quy năm (APE), tỷ lệ hoạt động và doanh thu của Prudential thông qua tuyển dụng, đào tạo và quản lý hiệu quả đội ngũ kinh doanh._

Job Responsibilities
_/ Phạm vi công việc_
- Planning: Collaborate with Banca Sales Manager & Banca Salesforce in planning sales & training activities (eg. workshop, event, group presentation ) in the assigned Bank Partners on monthly basis.
- Phối hợp với Lực lượng kinh doanh trong việc lập kế hoạch bán hàng và các hoạt động đào tạo hàng tháng (như:hội nghị, hội thảo, sự kiện...) tại các Ngân hàng trong miền quản lý._
- Execution: Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve projected sales targets including APE, Recruitment & Active ratio.
- Thực hiện chỉ đạo các hoạt động bán hàng và đào tạo tại Ngân hàng đối tác được giao để đạt được các mục tiêu bán hàng dự kiến APE, tuyển dụng & tỷ lệ hoạt động._
- Supervision & Management: Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners and sales team in terms of APE, recruitment, active ratio & compliance.
- Giám sát và quản lý hoạt động bán hàng tại các chi nhánh của Đối tác Ngân hàng được chỉ định và đội ngũ bán hàng về APE, tuyển dụng, tỷ lệ hoạt động & tuân thủ._
- Training & Development: Train & develop Banca Sales Manager or District Sales Manager and Banca salesforce in accordance with the career path in the assigned Bank Partners.
- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo và phát triển lực lượng quản lý kinh doanh vùng và đội ngũ bán hàng phù hợp với định hướng của Ngân hàng được chỉ định._
- Internal & external relationships: Maintain solid & effective collaboration with internal & external partners
- Các mối quan hệ nội bộ và bên ngoài: Duy trì hợp tác vững chắc và có hiệu quả với các đối tác đối nội và đối ngoại_
- Propose initiatives to improve internal processes and customer service
- Đề xuất ý tưởng để cải thiện quy trình nội bộ và dịch vụ khách hàng_
- Be responsible for working, attending meetings with Bank Branch Managers on policies, regulations and related issues to improve sales process to increase sales.
- Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc, tham gia các cuộc họp với các Giám đốc chi nhánh Ngân hàng về các chính sách, quy định và các vấn đề liên quan để cải thiện quy trình bán hàng nhằmtăng doanh số của đội ngũ kinh doanh._
- Others tasks assigned by Management level from time to time.
