**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead high-performing team to drive growth strategy, from drawing 5-year roadmap to business execution, for two rapidly growing countries in South East Asia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Implement people development, tailored for each individual to exploit the best potential as individual and team. Build true TTEA culture with highly open and candid feedback sharing.
- Shares P&L ownership with the respective business and is responsible for Sub-region customer acquisition, retention, profitability, and the day-to-day people management activities of Sales Professionals.
- Accountable for implementing the sales, marketing and channel strategy at the sub region level, strategic customer management and customer segmentation. Key performance metrics include people development, variable margin, margin growth of differentiated offerings, DSO and forecast accuracy (price and volume).
- Provides leadership to professional individual contributors and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. Develops plans of execution, including business, production and/or organizational priorities to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.
- Works closely with a Project Director or regional presidents to identify opportunities and drive results within the region.
