**General Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for taking care of current rubber and adhesive products portfolio from clients and suppliers who are the world leading chemical manufacturers.,identifying new business opportunities, increasing sales and servicing to the existing client base.
- Gather customer’s feedback (enquiries, complaints, seeing to the satisfactory resolution of all customers’ needs) and advise customers on technical specifications.
- Ensure timely collection of payment
- Study and collect all relevant information to customers and competitors
- Build strong rapport, create and maintain good relationship with target customers
- Forecast sales plan for assuring material movements in order to supply stably for customers’ manufacturing schedules
- Be responsible to quarterly, yearly sales targets and entitled to enjoy quarterly incentive as well as yearly performance bonus

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Be able to work under high pressure and travel frequently
- Basic understanding of engineering plastic, TPE, PU would be an advantage
- Be dynamic, self-motivated and responsible.
- Being able to communicate with suppliers/customers in both Vietnamese and English

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or relevant major

**Work Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in selling chemical products
- Have knowledge in at least Rubber, Adhesive or Plastics industries
