- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support clients, resolve their questions in necessary cases.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales quotations.
- Monitor sales team activities and track progress against sales targets, preparing regular status reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager, including, not limited to actual field sales and meeting customers.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, or in a relevant role.
- Good English communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

- Experience in using CRM software (Hubspot in particular).
- Experience in the F & B industry.
- Willingness to work in a start-up environment.
