**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Tiki‘s brand equity and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure brand initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify market trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, offline, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal design teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertising assets, packaging, and branding collateral.
- Assist in managing the brand‘s presence on digital platforms, including the company’s social media channels, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and consumer feedback to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.
- Assist in managing the brand‘s budget and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and integrated marketing.
- Provide regular reports and updates on brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and consumer behavior in the online space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
