**Role Overview**:
The Assistant Brand Manager is primarily responsible for the execution of Brand Marketing strategies and programs for the assigned brand and GBAs that will:
- Develop and grow brand equity and market share.- Deliver category business objectives through the creation of demand at Point-of
- Purchase.
- This position reports to the Associate Marketing Manager.
**Primary Accountabilities**:
- Involve in assigned planning tasks and contribute new (creative) ideas to marketing and campaign activities, calendar planning and other activities if needed.
- Support or Take lead as project owner to fully manage operation of assigned Commercial activities (related to product, Consumer promotion).
- Support to take lead on assigned scopes related to campaign activities (Digital, On
- grounds) and assist other team members to ensure the flawless execution across touch points.
- Support to manage operation with Trade team on assigned Trade activities (events, visibility, promotion roll-out) as well as to ensure the marketing objectives will incorporate and executed.
- Together with entire team to monitor the brand performance and activities performance and manage to execute appropriate ways if needed.

You’re also a university graduate with a degree in Marketing, or a related area, and have at least 2 years of continuous work experience. **Job Requirements**
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management/Marketing.
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in MKT (preferably FMCG, brand side or retailer side).
- He/she should have good knowledge of brand development, trade marketing/promotion, and consumer goods industry dynamics.
- Project management skill is an advantage.
- Fluently in English & Vietnamese communication.
- Good profiles to start with: Management trainee in final rounds / currently in his/her 1st year of working as trainee; currently ABM for 1 year; ME (MKT fresh) for 2 years in large MNC who looks for a promotion to ABM.
