RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & Implement Brand communication plan include ATL, BTL ensure effective of campaign and brand goals
- Deeply understand the situation, market trends as well as the needs and tastes of consumers to propose and make Marketing plans which best serve the needs of consumers.
- Analyze the gains of marketing campaign and efforts, creating reports and providing reccomendations to improve. Ensure excellent in execution of all Brand Marketing activities to archieved KPI, target of campaign and business goals.
- Act as brand communications liaison with cross-functional corporate partners to ensure commercial goals of the brand are achieved with consistency and quality forming a united whole
- Understand and analize insight, behaviors, trend and need of customer include B2B / B2C to optimize communications plan.
- Identify and prioritize brand growth opportunities and investment strategy; conduct archetype studies and partner to consider behavioral, attitudinal, and human factors usage of products to determine the most strategic personality traits for the brand portfolio
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education & major
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business management, graphic arts/creative expression, or a similar field is required

Knowledge & experience
- Minimum 1 - 2 years in ABM position.
- English: professional working proficiency
- Project Management - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations and brand sentiment to markets and/or regions: (Int’l) Brand experience and Experience at B2B and/or B2C and/or B2B2C
- Highly creative with the ability to influence brand strategy concepts and shared thinking
- Knowledge and experience working across the full marketing mix to propose strategic omnichannel brand and creative campaigns
- Effective presenter with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners
