**Responsibilities**:
- Collect and verify all the purchasing invoices and documents to ensure that all payments are made compliant with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare the payment order and proceed with the payment
- Filling the documents to compliance with privilege regulation and company policy
- Checking and verifying the data before posting into the system
- Ensuring all transactions are posted into the system must be supported by sufficient documentation
- Prepare for the VAT/WHT/CIT return to ensure that all reports must be submitted on time and accuracy.
- Liaising with tax to deal with the issue related to tax.
- Do the month-end and year-end close process (include the
- Liaising with bank to open/ close bank account and ext.,
- Prepare the finance statement for the month-end, and year end.
- Manage and follow up on revenue and issue invoices.
- Monitor the API transactions
- Prepare the adjustments journal entry if it required.
- Do bank reconciliation
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
**Pre-Requisites**:
- BA degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
- Very good with Vietnam accounting standards and knowledge about IFRS Experienced in SAP system
- Excellence in Excel and good MS Office
- Fairly English in verbal and writing
- Teamwork, high commitment & attention to detail and accuracy.
