Senior Sales Specialist/Key Account Manager (Industrial Adhesives & Tapes)
Location: Hanoi Office
Coverage: North, Vietnam
Market segment: Consumer Electronics, Electronics and Appliances related, Converters.
Typical products: Industrial Adhesives and Tapes
The Senior Sales Engineer/Key Account Manager will report to the country Division Leader.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned market segments and driving identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities.
- Acquisition of new business with the local, regional and global key accounts. Responsible for new business development, effectively communicating customer needs and resolving customer issues. Additionally, this position will require teamwork and support of successful resolution of intercompany customer issues and will ensure other division sales has a clear understanding of customer/key account expectations.
- Follow up closely for migration business and strong connection with global key account leaders.
- Lead spec-in activities and leverage on network to drive growth for China OEM, Taiwan, Hong Kong OEM customers.
- Key window contact internally and externally for Mandrian customers. Following closely with sales team for key accounts/ Customer requirements.
- Develop a regional strategy for business with the key account. Responsible for leading the account strategy in all aspects of growth and profitability including customer growth and account analysis, integrated account planning, opportunity identification and value communication.
- Support other sales team to develop and execute account growth strategies and Account Planning for Japanese and Korean customers, beyond the assigned market segments. Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies.
- Negotiable business terms, business aspects by agreement with the global/regional key account managers together with Sales in assigned segments. Developing winning strategies to pursuing opportunities at strategic customers/accounts.
- Manage projects and enhance networking with key stakeholders for project spec-in activities.
- Create a sales plan that will enable enhanced relationships with end users/accounts and distributors in designated territory.
- Forecast sales to identify trends to capitalize on proactive selling solutions and stocks readiness.
- Coordinate with Technical & sales Team to implement the sales blitz for new product launching and signature products/go-to products.
- Coordinate and support to drive the marketing activities (VOCs, VOMs, workshop, customer days, converter college, converter blitz, tradeshow, exhibitions, seminar, market survey) with marketers.
Required Experience/Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree qualification
- Required, speaks fluently Mandrian
- Fluent in the English language, both oral & written
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as field sales in electronics converter segment.
- Experience driving spec-in by building BOM and written specifications with target customers in Industrial segments, especially in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong OEMs is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, top level account decision makers, and all internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize opportunities from different business plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate both internally and externally with external and internal business leaders/key stake holders.
- Ability to work independently, highly self-motivated and results oriented
- Time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have demonstrated account management skills to have growth inside through strong planning and execution across accounts.
- Proven Leadership Ability/Advanced Supervisory Skills/Demonstrated Coaching Skills.
- Willing to make business travel and flexibility to deal with diversified market segments’ assignments.
