**Quotation Specialist (Proposal)**

**General**:
**We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven person to be part of a fast-growing Service team, who will be assigned to **_speed the quotation/proposal_** process to support our sales engineers and customers. **Your mission is to expand Atlas Copco presence by delivering **_accurate and on-time quotations_** to maximize Spare part sales of air compressors.**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Independently evaluate customer Request for Quote (RFQ) requirements and customer specifications
- Validate that our product offering will meet the RFQ requirement.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, operations regarding strategic proposal methods.
- Continuously improve business by generating smart proposal by providing complete solution to sales
- Generating proposal with option and value propositional base on customer segmentation.
- Utilize Customer relation management (CRM) system properly and follow up through the sales lifecycle with sale and admin team.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposal and follow up to ensure output is align with Service target.

**Experiences**
- Have at least bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, economics, accounting, logistics, engineers.
- 1+ years of experience in sales quotation, customer service, sales support, order processing, sales accounting.
- Resourceful with service information
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- CRM experience is preferred
- MS Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to support many sales engineers and work under pressure and tight deadline
- Learn fast
