**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận/ Trưởng Phòng soạn thảo, cập nhật, thực hiện thủ tục/quy trình Quản lý kết quả công việc trên quy mô toàn công ty
- Assist Unit Head/ Department Head in formulating, updating, implementing the Performance Management procedure/ processes throughout the organization._

Điều phối, theo dõi tiến độ thiết lập KPI, đánh giá KPI của các đơn vị theo thời gian quy định
- Coordinate, follow up the process of KPI setting, reviewing of business units as per scheduled timeline._

Kiểm tra, rà soát KPI nhằm đảm bảo tính hợp lý, nhất quán với chức năng - nhiệm vụ và sự tuân thủ đối với quy định nội bộ
- Review KPIs to ensure rationality, consistency with roles & responsibilities and compliance with internal guidelines._

Điều phối công tác tổng hợp, làm rõ và chuẩn hóa KPIs của toàn Công ty
- Drive the KPI consolidation, clarification and standardization across the company_

Đôn đốc, theo dõi quá trình tính toán kết quả KPI và phân bổ cho các cá nhân, đơn vị liên quan đúng thời điểm
- Follow up with KPI result calculation and deliver/ distribute to relevant individuals, business units on time_

Thực hiện các phân tích và báo cáo liên quan
- Formulate relevant analytics and reports_

Quản lý vận hành Hệ thống Quản lý kết quả công việc (PMS)
- Manage the operation of Performance Management System (PMS)_

Theo dõi, điều phối với Khối CNTT và Đơn vị cung cấp giải pháp hệ thống để kịp thời khắc phục lỗi phát sinh
- Monitor, collaborate with IT and vendor to fix bugs in time_

Xây dựng, cập nhập hướng dẫn sử dụng hệ thống và các tài liệu liên quan
- Formulate, update system user manuals and relevant documents_

Đóng vai trò thành viên nòng cốt trong dự án xây dựng, nâng cấp, điều chỉnh Hệ thống Quản lý hiệu quả công việc (PMS)
- Join as core team members in the projects of building, upgrading, changing _Performance Management System (PMS)_

Hướng dẫn, tư vấn cho các cá nhân, đơn vị trong Công ty về triển khai công tác Quản lý hiệu quả công việc
- Provide consultation to individuals and business units on the implementation of _Performance Management_

Tham gia các dự án về Phát triển Tổ chức và Quản lý Nhân tài
- Participate in Organization Development and Talent Management projects_

Hướng dẫn đồng nghiệp mới hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được yêu cầu
- Guide junior colleagues to fulfil the required tasks_

Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by line manager_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
Bằng cử Nhân, chuyên ngành Quản trị Nguồn nhân lực, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Kế toán hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan
- Bachelor degree, major in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or relating areas_

Ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Quản trị Nguồn nhân lực, trong đó có 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong mảng công việc tương tự
- At least 4 years of working experience in HR, in which at least 2 years of experience in similar scope_

Có kinh nghiệm trong việc theo dõi, quản lý Hệ thống Quản lý Kết quả Công việc Tổ chức / thực hiện các chương trình Quản lý Nhân tài
- Experience in monitoring/ administering Performance Management System / executing Talent Management programmes_
- Tư duy phản biện & kỹ năng phân tích
- Tư duy sáng tạo, tư duy dựa trên giải pháp
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp (viết & nói) tốt cả tiếng Anh và Việt
- Kỹ năng quản lý dự án & các bên liên quan tốt
- Chú ý đến chi tiết & kỹ năng theo dõi đôn đốc tiến độ
- Kỹ năng tổ chức & quản lý thời gian
- Kỹ năng huấn luyện
- Thuần thục phần mềm văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), VBA là một lợi thế

- _Strong communication skill, both written & verbal in English and Vietnamese_
