**A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

The purpose of this role is to improve organizational performance and effectiveness by developing and implementing programs, processes, and initiatives aimed at improving organizational skills and abilities.

**B, WHAT DO WE NEED?**

**Qualification**:

- College or Bachelor’s degree major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related
- 3+ years of proven experience as the same role
- Experienced working in the Social Media, Marketing, or Advertising industry is a must

- Possess excellent communication (convince, negotiation,influencing)
- Fluent in English (both written and communication)

**C, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?**
- **Strategic Change & Organization Design**:

- Analyze business structures and develop, improve and reinforce strategies, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new organization structures and roles that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Research, identify, and provide best practices relevant to current talent and organization development processes.
- Lead change management initiatives, including the development of communication and training plans, to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.
- Design and implement workforce and organizational development programs (e.g. employee wellness, leadership development, employee recognition, and performance excellence, etc.) for determining training priorities to meet staff needs and supporting the goals of business
- **Performance Management**:

- Review key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
- Lead annual performance management process, including continuous improvement of strategy, process, forms, tools/resources, communication plan, and timeline.
- Interview personnel and facilitate targeted skills development initiatives.
- Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- **Culture Development**
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture, including the design and delivery of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Implementing, analyzing, reporting, and setting action plans of employee satisfaction survey results
