**Job Description**:
Organizational Development Executive

Working location shall be at BGSW Vietnam.
- Design, plan, and implement of corporate organizational development initiatives.
- Propose the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture.
- Analyzing the organizations current culture and structure and identifying areas for improvement, design programs based on identified areas
- Work closely with leaders to design and implement initiatives for sustenance and growth through hi-performance culture
- Design and facilitation of sessions based on the problem statement defined and the solutions designed
- Design and deployment of measurement mechanisms to measure effect and impact of interventions and initiatives implemented
- Survey design and implementation
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Change Management or related fields ((experience as HR-BP is desirable - good understanding into what people want)
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels.
- Proactively interacts with stakeholders_ _to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards goal achievement.
- Strong time management abilities including the proven ability to independently prioritize work and multi-task.
- Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of business context, methodologies and best practices preferred.
- Business acumen, including critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills
- Project Management Skills
- Knowledge of survey design, implementation and analyses
