RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Works directly with GMs, Directors and Business HR leaders to design and implement talent and organization plans. This may include organization/ team effectiveness / organization design / organizational capabilities, focus groups, leadership development and change management.
- Leads affiliate-level and APAC cross-country Organization Development projects:

- Works with GMs, Directors and affiliate/division Business HR (BHR) leaders to assess, diagnose, plan and implement strategic talent and organization solutions to support business strategy.
- Works side by side with TOC Director to analyze business needs; identify gaps between ideal and actual performance required to meet organizational business needs and determine performance deficiencies; align solutions with business goals.
- Proactively works with Talent Development partners to design and implement talent and organization initiatives and plans. This may include organization/team effectiveness, leadership development, culture development and change management.
- Measures and reports the impact of talent & organization consulting interventions using evaluation, metrics, focus groups and performance results.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and effectiveness through the development of strong relationships with key players.
- Leads all Talent Development practices and initiatives at Affiliate level and assist TOC Director in Area/Global projects:

- Drives and executes country talent strategy and Abbott talent practice according to business/organization needs, provides consulting support to BHR and/or key customers and stakeholders.
- Provides consulting support to Business Leaders and BHR Leaders and/or key customers and stakeholders on design and executing key talent program
- May lead or participate in talent management-related activities such as country TMR preparation and facilitation, talent pipeline readiness and talent development.
- Responsible for employee career development and for planning, designing and delivering training programs that make the best use of employee's current and future abilities.
- Be able to facilitate workshops/ meetings and other format of interventions as a part of TOC solution.
- Oversees all Learning & Development initiatives for Vietnam:

- Be responsible for complex analysis of the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
- Design, source, and deliver training programs, or recommend externally-provided programs, which meet the needs of individuals and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan.
- Counsel employees about the organization's training programs and policies and arrange for them to participate in internal and external training so the organization’s training resources are allocated effectively.

- Coach and Development:

- Coach and provide instruction to junior HR professional.
- Drive the team’s success and performance to better demonstrate her/his competency and maturity as well as to develop credibility needed to be a team leader/player.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 years + Consulting Practitioner/Leader - Talent & Organization Development e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, Mercer, AON & etc.
- 5 years + In-house HR - Business HR (at least 2yr) / Talent & Organization Development.
- 5 years + Healthcare Industry (Medical device, Pharm or Diagnostic), FMCG (IFM preferred), Internet Industry.
- 10 year + MNC experience.
- Master Degree (preferred) or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, MBA, Applied Mathematics Psychology, Business Economic, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, & etc.
- English: Proficient in reading, writing and speaking, it is working language.
