Job Summary

We are seeking a driven
Business Development Consultant / Senior Consultant
to join our executive search and recruitment team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, and deliver top-tier talent solutions that help organizations grow.

You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and contributing to the firm's success, while collaborating with consultants and recruiters to ensure high-quality placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across industries (local and regional).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR leaders, hiring managers, business owners).
  • Conduct market research to spot potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Partner with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and design tailored talent solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Human Resources, Marketing
    , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in
    business development, sales, or account management -
    ideally in recruitment, professional services, or HR consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive both independently and in a team setting.
