**1. Customer management**:

- Directly solve customer related issues.
- Focus on developing your assigned customers and finding new customers.
- Meet and advise customers to build commercial cooperation contracts that suit customers' needs.
- Build and maintain long-term sustainable relationships with customers.
- Forecast and monitor data on the implementation of customers' contracts.

**2. Operation and Management of contracts**:

- Deploy, monitor, and report effectively cooperation delivery programs and providing solutions in line with the next plan for customers - new contracts.
- Ensure the delivery of services and products to customers is done in time, meeting the needs and goals of customers.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop and operate cooperation contracts for customers.
- Optimize the way of working among related departments to serve the interests of customers and the development of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Hardworking, honest and enthusiastic.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and handle situations well. Have data analysis skills
- Good independent and team working skills.
- Basic English communication.
- Proficient use of office Informatics tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Active in transportation and work equipment such as personal computers.
