The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Merchant management:
- Directly resolve merchant related issues.
- Focus on consulting and supporting customers in terms of operation and sales growth when trading on the platform.
- Contact and deal with cooperation programs, build close relationships with customers.
- Support to deploy advertising packages of ShopeeFood.
- Work with related departments to propose suitable requirements of customers, improve sales experience.
- Operation and Management of Contracts:
- Implement, monitor and report on operational performance and cooperation programs to develop and provide solutions in line with the next plan for the customer.
- Ensure the delivery of services and products to customers is done in a timely, responsive manner customer needs and goals.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop and operate cooperation contracts for customers row.
- Propose ways to work between related departments to serve the customers and company growth.

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (B2B is preferable).
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively.
- Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment required.
- Relevant BA/BS/BEng degree.
- Appearance: professional, good looking.
- Proactive & smart.
- Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Creative & strong initiative.
- Result & number oriented.
- Sales aggressive.
