Position Summary

1. Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market based on the sales strategies.

2. Build the foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit by providing continued support through communication with the assigned region/market.

Role and Responsibilities
- Job Description
- 1. [Customer Experience Guidance]:
- Optimize & ensure customer experiences through proficient knowledge of zone-specific offerings, products, and connectivity.
- Inform customers about the Instore mode QR and encourage Samsung account sign-up.

2. [Product Sales]:
- Understand the customer's product-related concerns and resolve them by providing appropriate guidance.
- Achieve sales target, retail KPI through the utilization of product knowledge, soft skills, and promotion information.

3. [Payment process handling]:
- Confirm the customer's preferred payment method, process the payment process through the payment device, and provide necessary notifications to the customer.

4. [Environment Setup (In Store)]:
- Set up and check the environment in the zone to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Restore disrupted products in the customer experience process and continually check.

5. [Delivery Operation]:
- Process the shipping receipt for the order and inform the customer of the shipping schedule and details

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of marketing /business administration or equivalent.
- 2+ year relevant work experience in sales and customer experience/Customer Service Management for Well-known companies in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics/Hospitality/F&B...
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- English communication, able to communicate in Korean is an advantage.
