**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:_**
- Contribute to a solid foundation for the product long-term growth - through increasing awareness among Health Care Professionals on the important roles of improving quality of life/_Đóng góp vào n_ền tảng tăng trưởng vững chắc cho sản phẩm thông qua việc nâng cao nhận thức của các Chuyên gia chăm sóc sức khỏe về vai trò quan trọng của việc nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống_
- To build the confidence level of HCPs on recommendation of designed products/_Xây d_ựng mức độ tin cậy của các Chuyên gia chăm sóc sức khỏe theo khuyến nghị của các sản phẩm được thiết kế_
- Assure consistent demand growth and achievement of business goals & targets in assigned territories by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business/_Đ_ảm bảo tăng trưởng nhu cầu nhất quán và đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh ở các địa bàn được giao bằng cách xsac định cơ hội và đạt được những cơ hội mới bên cạnh duy trì và phát triển nền tảng kinh doanh hiện tại_
**_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
**Territory Management/Q**uản lý khu vực**
- Manage District Field Force Manager to develop customer database with detailed records of hospital/ health center/ target organization/ health care professionals, etc. / _Q_uản lý các Trưởng Nhóm Phát Triển Thị Trường để _xây d_ự_ng c_ơ_ s_ơ_ d_ữ_ li_ệ_u khách hàng v_ớ_i h_ồ_ s_ơ_ chi ti_ế_t v_ề_ b_ệ_nh vi_ệ_n/trung tâm y t_ế_/m_ụ_c tiêu phát tri_ể_n/các chuyên gia chăm sóc s_ứ_c kh_ỏ_e tr_ọng điểm_ v.v _
- Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers. Prioritize potential territories/_Đánh giá, phân l_oại và xác định khách hàng mục tiêu chính xác. Ưu tiên các khu vực tiềm năng_
- Establish & maintain close relationship with key accounts through ensuring company services meet their requirements/_Thi_ết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với các khách hàng chủ chốt thông qua việc đảm bảo các dịch vụ và tư vấn đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng_
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory_/Theo dõi, giám sát xu h_ư_ớng thị trường và hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh ở địa bàn đang quản lý_
- Collect and report Market intelligence to Supervisor & Marketing team_/Thu th_ập và báo cáo thông tin thị trường cho đội ngũ Giám sát và Marketing_
- Supporting Marketing department in developing master plan and detail marketing activities yearly. Executing detail marketing programs / activities, which are assigned to ensure those marketing activities to deliver strategy and objective of brand/ _H_ỗ_ tr_ợ_ b_ộ phận _M_arketing_ trong vi_ệ_c phát tri_ể_n k_ế_ ho_ạ_ch t_ổ_ng th_ể_ và các ho_ạ_t đ_ộ_ng xây d_ựng nhận diện thương hiệu_ chi ti_ế_t hàng năm. - Utilize customer database for preparing weekly & monthly working plan, daily detailing calls, resource allocation plan, or direct-to-consumer marketing activities/_S_ử_ d_ụ_ng c_ơ_ s_ở_ d_ữ_ li_ệ_u khách hàng đ_ể_ chu_ẩ_n b_ị_ k_ế_ ho_ạ_ch làm vi_ệ_c hàng tu_ầ_n và hàng tháng, các cu_ộ_c g_ọ_i chi ti_ế_t hàng ngày, k_ế_ ho_ạ_ch phân b_ổ_ tài nguyên ho_ặ_c các ho_ạ_t đ_ộ_ng ti_ế_p th_ị_ đ_ến người dùng._

- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients/_Phát tri_ển các cơ hội kinh Doanh mới với khách hàng hiện tại và tiềm năng_

- Defining and cascading strategic sales targets and performance programs/ _Xác đ_ị_nh và phân công các m_ụ_c tiêu bán hàng chi_ế_n l_ượ_c và các ch_ươ_ng tr_ì_nh qu_ản lý hiệu quả công việc_

- Ensure good execution of all Sales & Marketing programs in assigned territory.
