**What We Can Offer**:
In charge of retail marketing/trade activities at all stores, all accounts in South region including managing PC (Product Consultant, Promoters) Sales Out productivity, Market Share, Display Share, In-store share of all CE products.
Work closely with Sales leaders in the South for Modern Trade Channel to protect & develop winning positions of MS, ISS, DS & SO for all CE products through execution & performance at stores.
Manage Promoters at stores following business direction with guideline & market insight to improve SO, SO premium performance
Become a key person for all market sensing information frequent update for other related Departments (Sales, Product Marketing) including SO promotion, ATA price, ISS, DS, Empty space etc.
Develop a SO promotion plan such as in store activation, BTL, trade activities based on market information & business direction.
Collaborate with Channel team to build SO review weekly/monthly report with action proposal.
Manage, setting KPI and evaluate team member’s performance
Other tasks as assigned by line manager
Actively participate in in-store training with practical CE product knowledge to PCs, FSM when needed.
Coordinate with HR team in implementing internal training programs/projects
Build tasks, functions, policies; build and manage human development of team members

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (Training/ Business/ is a plus)
05 - 07 years experiences in retail marketing areas especially in CE products, at least 02 year in manager position.
Knowledge, Competencies, Skills:
Practical knowledge on the field.
Strong in communication & presenting skill
Experiences in managing a team with at least 10 members
Good in English & fluent in Vietnamese
Good at interpersonal and convincing
Strong in both making & answering questions.
Strong at coaching & providing feedbacks.
Professional presentation
Teamwork and result oriented
