- HCMC | Viet Nam (VN) | Full-time | Fix-term**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and lead a field force sizing exercise, defining the right field force size based on number of visits required per channel, call step’s structure and duration, and daily call rate.
- Design and populate CRM reports to secure full visibility on field force performance on daily basis and accounts/ chains monthly performance.
- Design a sales force effectiveness score cards providing daily insights on rep/manager/account performance.
- Help build an incentive structure that will boost performance and drive growth, and lead incentive calculations by persona on monthly basis, and lead the monthly reporting data sheets generation.
- Lead the training calendar and the skills development journey of all field force personas (Existing and new joiners) defining required soft skills training content and liaise with marketing and medical teams on product knowledge regular trainings.

**Experience and Background**:

- **_Education: _**science background /business management.
- **+10** Years experience in sales/commercial management within Pharma/FMCG industry with medical reps and sales reps organization.
- Strong communication selling skills.
- Fluent English language, written and spoken.
- Strong Market awareness, deep business acumen of VN healthcare industry and key channels.
- CRM and power BI dashboard experience.
- Proven success record of field force transformation projects management is a plus.
