**About The Role**
Glints is seeking a target-driven and strategic **Business Development Executive** to join our **R**ecruitment Service Business Team**, you will be at the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base. The mission of this role is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sectors to grow our Recruitment Service Business
- Direct business development activities including identifying strategic business accounts; establishing sale pipeline and client approaching plan, making presentation and sales visits, sharing client information with Recruitment Consultant team and support them with closing the deal.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate high stakes contract which leads to complex deals closure.
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultant team to ensure good service delivery to clients.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Sales/Business Development professional with 1- 3 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Good English skills in business communication
- Proactive and independent: able to work and come up with their ideas.
