**Mô tả**
- Quản lý trực tiếp danh mục khách hàng ưu tiên được giao theo quy định đối với phân cấp PRM (Chuyên viên khách hàng ưu tiên) trong từng thời kỳ.
- Quản trị thông tin khách hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng theo danh mục khách hàng ưu tiên như trả lời/lưu trữ phản hồi, yêu cầu của khách hàng... giới thiệu và truyền thông các chính sách sản phẩm, dịch vụ, quy trình, các yêu cầu chuyên môn theo quy định của Techcombank theo từng thời kỳ.
- Hiểu biết, phân tích nhu cầu của khách hàng, đưa ra tư vấn phù hợp trong quá trình trực tiếp gặp mặt/ gọi điện thoại chăm sóc khách hàng, cung cấp cho khách hàng các giải pháp tài chính và phi tài chính phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng
- Phát triển danh mục khách hàng được giao nhằm đạt được chỉ tiêu theo từng thời kỳ như tìm kiếm, mở rộng và phát triển mạng lưới khách hàng; tăng khối lượng giao dịch của khách nhằm tối đa hóa lợi nhuận cho ngân hàng
- Tìm kiếm các cơ hội kinh doanh trong danh mục khách hàng được phân bổ chăm sóc, chịu các chỉ tiêu về: Huy động, thẻ tín dụng, Bảo hiểm nhân thọ Manulife, trái phiếu...
- Trực tiếp nhận và thực hiện các yêu cầu về giao dịch của khách hàng, hợp tác với các bộ phận có liên quan
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan để cung cấp dịch vụ và sản phẩm cho khách hàng ưu tiên nhằm đạt được chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao
- Thực hiện các công việc có liên quan theo yêu cầu của ban lãnh đạo.
**Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm**
- 25 - 35
- Trình độ học vấn: Đại học, chuyên ngành tài chính kế toán, quản trị kinh doanh, ngân hàng, kinh tế đối ngoại
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có trình độ Tiếng anh TOIEC từ 550 trở lên
- Ứng viên đang làm vị trí tương đương với vị trí Quản lý khách hàng ưu tiên tại các bank khác
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương CV KHCN, Trợ lý QLKH ưu tiên, CV QLKH Doanh nghiệp

- Có đội ngũ ARM (Trợ lý Quan hệ Khách hàng Ưu tiên) hỗ trợ toàn bộ công việc admin để PRM tập trung hoàn toàn vào việc tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng
- Được hưởng lương tháng thứ 13 và các quyền lợi khác như: Chương trình vay ưu đãi, Bảo hiểm sức khỏe, nghỉ phép năm.
- Thời gian: Thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu: 8h00 - 17h00. Thứ Bảy: 8h00 - 12h00.
