**The key responsibilities include**:
**Store Operations Management**
- Strengthen Logitech’s brand presence and mindshare among both Retail Partners and Consumers by enhancing product content in retail stores.
- Assist in creating demand-generation strategies and programs, such as product displays, content pieces, and media activations, to drive consumers to our retail locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and product assortment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Oversee store opening, closing, and day-to-day operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.

**Sales & Business Development**
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue across retail locations.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve underperforming stores or product categories.
- Lead in-store promotions and merchandising strategies to increase foot traffic and conversions.
- Develop and manage the retail budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

**Customer Experience & Brand Consistency**
- Ensure each store delivers a superior customer experience aligned with brand standards.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve escalated issues to improve satisfaction.
- Implement store layouts, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing that reflect the brand’s identity.

**Reporting & Analysis.**
- Assist in analyzing data from key campaigns to identify best practices and share them for broader implementation.
- Initiate timely actions to achieve company business targets and maximize business opportunities in Vietnam.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on store performance, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and recommend strategy adjustments as needed.

- Superb presentation, training skills and executive presence

- Willingness and ability to travel 65-75% within the defined territory

**Your Skills**:
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree with good academic performance
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Offline/Retail business (Traditional IT, ICT and Smartphone chain)
- Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships across many partners and agency.
- Strong knowledge of market/customer needs with good market analytics skills
- Can work independently and a self-motivated person with good communication skill and willing to initiate and explore new ideas.
- Experience in Traditional IT, ICT and Smartphone chain is a plus.
- Humorous, and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Passion for technology, music and sports
- Never-give-up attitude.
