**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Manage Mirae Asset Finance service distribution channel network at partner stores
- Manage the operations of the ASM/Business Supervisor/Employees
- Build, develop and expand relationships, good cooperation with partners
- Train and guide ASM/Business Supervisors in employee management, negotiation skills and relationship building
- Propose, build promotions, commission policies, sales suitable for partners
- Ensure smooth operations at the point of sale
- Build and regularly update the process for the sales network
- Ensure the point of sale properly applies all the company's programs
- Control the budget in the area you manage

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
Education level, certification:

- Graduated university
- Male / Female, from 30-40 years old.
- Balanced appearance, good-looking.

**Experience**:

- 05 years of experience in business, finance-banking industry with at least 03 years of experience in the role ASM of installment sales channel.
- Have knowledge of market development, Finance, Sales and marketing

**Skills**:

- Leadership skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Staff training and coaching skills
- Can work independently and under high pressure
- Ready to work
- Have a team spirit and ability to build a team
