**RECRUITEMENT**

**TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER**

JST a Regional leader in the provision of Technical Services (Corrosion Control, monitoring and associated services) is seeking an experienced and self motivated individual to promote an expanding base of quality products and services to the Oil / Gas, Construction and Power Generation Industries in Vietnam.

**AGE **: 30 +

**EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical sales position within the Oil & Gas

Petrochemical or Power Generation industries.

**BACKGROUND**:

- Minimum Engineering Degree
- Experience in sales related to **piping / pipelines / Cathodic Protection** etc would be advantageous.
- Experience and track record with existing Oil and Gas / Construction companies would be an advantageous.
- A proven track record with companies such as VSP, PTSCwould prove an advantage.
- Must have reasonable command of both written and spoken English.
- Must have driving license
- Must be willing to work outside normal working hours, weekends, as necessary.

The company shall provide as appropriate and in support of professional development and training including:

- In house job/function specific training
- Product/system specific training

**Working Hours:

- Nominally 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and all other hours as required discharging your specific duties and management assigned tasks.

**Place of Work:

Ho Chi Minh, Vung Tau, and any other area be assigned by Technical Sales Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The individual will be responsible for the sales and marketing of a broad range of quality products and services to the Vietnamese markets under the guidance of the Country Manager.

Duties will include
- Preparation of Sales Plan by market and territory.
- Sales & Marketing of the company’s products, services, and systems.
- Identifying new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions
- Relationship building with key client base.
- Schedule sales activity and maintain record and prepare sales reports
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Any and all other duties commensurate with your abilities and experience
- Assist the Technical Sales Manager in matters relating to the technical and logístical monitoring and survey plans.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**

A good salary shall be paid that will reflect experience and ability. Benefits will include a private health plan. Performance based incentives will be paid in Bonus format.
