We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, intelligent Sales Engineer with proven experience in selling technology solutions to senior executives. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.

Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

**Responsibilities**
- Engineering solution selling into prospect account base
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Manage all technical enquiries and proof of concept trials and provide prompt and effective responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry, or 2 or more years of working experience in Semiconductors Industry
- Proven track record selling complex automation or MRO solutions
- Attend to customer enquiry on Industrial Automation products and work with design team on conceptual design
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding on developments in the semiconductor industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Provide customer support for the entire sales cycle
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure as well as a team player
- Willingness to travel
- Degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
