- Passionate about sales, demonstrating diligence, initiative, and the flexibility to work remotely with variable schedules, including up to 50% travel.
- Proven ability to generate pipelines and identify business opportunities.

**_1. Job Responsibilities:_**
- Execute the company's sales plan to surpass established targets.
- Cultivate and expand a network of distributors and agents in targeted regions/industries, fostering lasting relationships.
- Provide dedicated sales and technical support to distributors/agents to drive sales.
- Attend global exhibitions/trade shows to identify potential markets and engage with prospective customers.
- Collect, organize, and provide insightful feedback on target market information.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging repurchases, transfers, and introductions for sustained sales growth.
- Take ownership of customer information establishment, storage, and classification management.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or higher, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales related position.
- Proven ability to generate pipelines and identify business opportunities.
- Passionate about sales, demonstrating diligence, initiative, and the flexibility to work remotely with variable schedules, including up to 50% travel.
- Strong team spirit, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and adept interpersonal building skills.
- Valuable experience in managing regional sales, and familiarity with the Indian market is a significant plus.
