This role drives the overall growth of reseller partner pipelines & target via Partner Program tiers. Responsible for communication to reseller channel to provide update products, discounts, rebate programs which designed by VNG Cloud to make sure increasing channel breadth through activation of inactive managed reseller partners. Delivering high quality services of specific products by matching solution cross industries to reseller channel to make sure providing outstanding VNG Cloud services with quality.

**Responsibilities**

Managed Reseller Partners
- Recruit new partners and maintain old partners, promote activities for partners through Reseller Partner Programs to meet the level requirement.
- Defined in the training path to each target resellers partners (e.i Professional Services, SI )
- Implement the growth path for the assigned reseller partners _ Business Planning/Review Monthly /Quality
- Tracking and driving Reseller Partner Performance for KPIs that include transaction Projects, Purchase orders (POs) _ Delivery/ Update Resell Partner Programs monthly, quaterly.
- Actively engage with customers present for VNG Cloud via resell partners to confirm that they have a current support agreement for their using VNG Cloud systems/ Proof of Concepts (POCs) up to requirements

Reseller Development Expand
- Identifying Potential Reseller Partner
- Manage & Map up plan to sell with Partners
- Extensive Reseller Selling Cloud Solutions and expertise of market trend that impact on VNG Cloud customers
- Develop an understanding of Reseller Partner Business and solution requirements and gain share of spend cross VNG Cloud portfolio of technology solutions

Administration & Marketing Activities
- Updated database/report on time, skillfully using internal tools related to work tasks
- Co-operate with marketing team on activities, events, networking to build relationship and develop business with Reseller Partner to expand VNG Cloud brand & increase customer awareness.
- Other assignments as requirements: e.i sales skill improvement with certifications

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor Degree is required, having experience in tech industry is highly referred
- 3+ years of experience - sales, channel sales, solution selling, business development.
- Cloud platform experience preferable, and reasonable level of technical proficiency
- Sales experience - driving complex sales engagements and deep understanding of sales stages and where partners can have the most impact
- Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
- Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
- Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
- Ability to work under aggressive sales target & positive pressure, with proven sales track-record in the same industries.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with extraordinary ability in negotiation, influence and customer management.
- Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written skills.
