**The opportunity**
This role will report to Head of Channel Marketing and lead a marketing team and taking charge of conceptualizing, organizing and executing events, conferences, workshops and trips for the distribution channels.
**Responsibilities**
- Setting clear objectives and targets for events, conferences, trips, activation campaigns and marketing activities (when appropriate) for distribution channels
- Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly
- Working closely with distribution channels, partners and functional departments to come up with event/trip calendars and preparation plans.
- Leading a marketing team and taking charge of conceptualizing, organizing and executing events, conferences, workshops and trips for the distribution channels.
- Collaborating with Regional office and related departments to support organizing corporate events when requested. Responding to event/trip related issues in a timely manner.

This role will report to Head of Channel Marketing and lead a marketing team and taking charge of conceptualizing, organizing and executing events, conferences, workshops and trips for the distribution channels.

**What we are looking for**
- Graduated from university or specialized training or experience in Marketing, Branding, Hospitality management
- Min 4 years of experience in event management
- The ability to manage multiple events and people simultaneously
- Time management and Problem solving
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
- A team player with leadership skills
- Good communication and negotiation ability
- Carefulness, trustworthy, dedication
- Resilience and Ability to work under high pressure Creative thinking, Collaboration and teamwork
