- Identifying customer needs and grow business with new customers, new product launching into VN market.
- Collaborating with Marcom team to do internal training, event, workshop, exhibition.
- Understand business and perform market & competitor analysis in product, solution and technology trend.
- Pre-sales:
Provide technical assistant for customers to support design, tender clarification and spec-in Bosch product into project.

Regularly conduct products & system training of Video products to BSCPs to maintain and upgrade their technical knowledge.

Introducing Bosch Security System Video products to System Integrator, Designer, A&E firms, End Users.

Doing product demo & PoC, product & solution presentation to customer.
- Post-sales support:
Support customer at site for testing, commissioning and system configuration.
