As a member of Support Desk team, your main focus would be:

  • Receives and handles requests or incidents on ticket management tool, following standard procedures.
  • Promptly allocates tickets as appropriate.
  • Respond to user inquiries.
  • Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records: Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions Records incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution
資格

A good match would have:

  • Proficient in English in both speaking and writing skills
  • Japanese JLPT N2 or above with good speaking and writing skills
  • Have SAP basic knowledge, or be familiar with SAP as an end user is an advantage
  • Do not hesitate to work under pressure
  • Strong at coordination, consultation
