This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

We are looking for Support Desk L0/L1

Your focus:

- Receives and handles requests or incidents on ticket management tool, following standard procedures.
- Promptly allocates tickets as appropriate.
- Respond to user inquiries.
- Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records: Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions Records incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution

資格
- Proficient in English in both speaking and writing skills.
- Japanese JLPT N2 or above with good speaking and writing skills.
- Have SAP basic knowledge, or be familar with SAP as an end user.
- Can work under pressure.
- Strong at communication and coordination, consultation.
