About the Role

Dikshatek is seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in the Aerospace industry who utilize SAP Project Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation: Design, set up, test, and deploy prototype and production-ready Project Systems solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Functional Design Specs: Create comprehensive documentation for implemented ERP solutions, configuration maintenance, and process changes.
  • Training and Support: Provide day-to-day support, lead user testing of enhancement requests, and conduct 1-on-1 training sessions.
  • Asset Management: Utilize Asset Management functionality and processes to drive business efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, possess strong organization and communication skills, and demonstrate a focus on customer service and responsiveness.
Requirements
  • SAP Experience: 6+ years of SAP PS experience, with a minimum of two full life cycle implementations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, production planning, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA, experience with ASAP or Activate methodology, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS Certification: A plus.
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems: Exposure to or experience in manufacturing execution systems and reporting from them.
