RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present, promote, demonstrate and specify the company's full range of products to Consultant Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, building owners either individually or in group.
  • Recommend the acceptance of invitations to tender, quote or bid for specific contracting jobs.
  • Execute and monitor the progress of each contracting work being undertaken to ensure its proper implementation, timely completion and profitability.
  • Ensure efficient control and collection of trade debtors from your list of contract accounts.
  • Ensure a high level of company products being specifics in new project tenders and high market penetration of company's new product that are being introduce into the local market from time to time.
  • Collect and feedback basic market information particularly market trends and competitors activities in the Consultant circle.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior / GSM.

Knowledge/experience/skills/personal attributes

  • ESSENTIAL_
  • A College degree/ Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Field sales experiences of at least 3 years in Industrial selling preferably to the Building and Construction Industry is essential.
  • Can work independently with less supervision
  • DESIRABLE_
  • Can work under pressure and promote good team work with others colleague & division member.
  • Demonstrable sound business judgement and the ability to promote 'teamwork' environment is desirable.
